Our Colour Palettes focus on cultural references significant to Britain throughout the eras.


Curated with analogous and complimentary colours to make pairings easier, our Palettes are a great place to start when choosing which colours to stock. If you would like more insight, we are always keen to advise on colourways and combinations of historical provenance that would best suit your retail space.

Coolicon products are best displayed in groupings or clusters.


Singular products grab the most attention when used to create focal points e.g. above a curated coffee table or hanging low beside an armchair in a window display.


For larger spaces, over 1.2m wide, multiples of both Original and Large 1933™ Design shades can be grouped. In smaller spaces try pairing both sizes, suspended at different heights.


Silhouette™ lampshades are best displayed in clusters of three or more, where possible.


Products should be accompanied by brand graphics or brand representation e.g. catalogues.

Branding & Logos

As a historic lighting brand with 90 years of product history, maintaining our brand heritage is extremely important to us. All Coolicon branding assets are true to the original style and pay homage to the 1933 patent.

We are happy to share our logo files with you for approved use across digital and printed marketing.

For customer queries, please provide as much help as possible from the outset. All responses should be informative, and personal to the customer.


If unable to answer the query directly, please get in touch and we will assist you. In the meantime, send a friendly touch-base email to the customer advising your course of action so they are aware you’re dealing with their query.

In line with our customer service, we advise a 2-day maximum response time to customer queries sent via email, or when following up on an in-person conversation via email/telephone. This may be adjusted based on your business needs or operations if required.  

We appreciate all resellers will differ slightly and adjust wording through translation to suit their target markets.

We ask you to remain in line with Coolicon Lighting’s style of communication throughout all aspects of the customer experience. Please stay consistent with the terminology of our product names, collection titles and applicable trademarks; Coolicon® and 1933™ Design

We are always delighted to share content from our Resellers and Partners. When sharing images with us, please advise any relevant credits to photographers to ensure these are used correctly. Any content to share can be sent to press@cooliconlighting.com.

When featured in newspapers or magazines, please use the words “from” or “available from” and the name of your business. We ask you do not use “by” unless preceding “Coolicon Lighting”.
